The prosecution includes receiving complaints as well as arresting and investigating increasingly traffickers from 133 cases in 2020 to 188 cases in 2021. During the first quarter of 2022 (Jan to Apr), 90 cases were investigated, compared to only 37 cases in 2021 during the same period. The number of cases rose by 143%.

Since the spread of Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, 100 times of tourists have continuously decreased. This relatively led to a decline in the statistics for human-trafficking cases and foreign human-trafficking offenders that year.
However, the outbreak of such pandemic disease has turned more offences into the online form, resulting in an increase of child pornography via Internet. In 2022, Ticac Operation Structure was recently established to cover wider areas. KPIs of each team were developed; as a consequence, the number of prosecution has risen.
