The court has a verdict that both of the defendants found guilty under the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act B.E. In 2008, each sentenced to 6 years’ imprisonment, including 27 years each. both of them pleaded guilty on the trial which seem to be benefit of the prosecution and leads to the mitigation of the penalty by half sentence according to Article 78 each would be punished for 13 years 6 months imprison. and the property in dispute would be kept.
